Rescheduling the interview four times doesn't say I am busy, it says - I cannot effectively manege my calendar or time.
Then, zero sales understanding, no knowledge of qualifying, articulating value proposition, empathy, psychological ques, nothing. It is extraordinary - you will see if you interview.

Fairly straight forward 2-part interview, mostly wanting to confirm organization methods, experience, and ability to handle contract volume. There were a number of situational questions based on maintaining customer service and handling issues that may arise in a real estate transaction.
