It was conversational, and they were genuinely curious about my experiences. This was, however, the first round with a recruitment person. I felt like there weren't many structured behavioral type questions at this phase (like "tell me about a time").

Simple and easy process. They called on the phone where it was three individuals all females who asked questions and engaged in conversation in an uplifting way. They seemed interested in what I had to say.
