Trakindo interview questions

Took very long, not transparent to me as the applicant, not responsive but when they need something they directly contact and respon early... seems lack of experience, lack of mentoring, and unprofessional from the Human Resources coordinator side. Users are nice and asking good and related interview questions.

Recruitment process is quite good. Administrative selection to interview invitation only takes less than 2 weeks. The interview was conducted online. The atmosphere of the interview is not tense and the interviewer is very friendly.
