I’m going to ask the leads at Trakref to be the people who lower my casket into the ground so they can let me down one more time. Trakref lead me on for a full month. I was in communication with the VP once a week. After our initial phone call, she hyped me up, and ghosted me for a solid week. Called on a random Friday and scheduled a last minute interview with marketing director. Silent for another week. I sent follow texts and emails. Silent. She called on a random Thursday to set up Zoom interview with the president. She scheduled me for the wrong date and time. I was ready, they were not. We moved things around and had a Zoom meeting. The president said that they were going to fly me out the next Wednesday, and the VP said “I will call you back in 5 minutes to talk about details”. This was 6 weeks ago. I haven’t heard from them since. Two weeks after my last phone call, i found the reviews here on Glassdoor. Do not work for this company. They are small, and obviously do not care about other’s time. I can’t imagine how they treat their customers.
