This was hands down the best interview process I’ve ever had. Not only was it very clear what next steps were but it was also quick and organized. From first contact to an offer was less than 2 weeks! Marlowe was always super communicative and available if I had any questions which I so appreciated. Behavioral/values chats all happen before the technical which I appreciated and signaled to me how important that is to Trainual. The take home was challenging and fun, and so was the discussion about the work. The team was very welcoming and thoughtful in their questions and always gave time for me to ask. I left the process with an understanding of the culture and even got a chance to use the product in the process.

The entire interview process with Trainual was extremely organized and well communicated. After applying online I was contacted by Marlowe to setup an initial phone call to align on my career and goals. She guided me through the process and what each interview would entail. She has set the highest standard for me in what a point of contact should be for an interview process. From there I had a few technical interviews with various managers, engineers, and the higher level folks including the Director of Engineering Zach and the VP of engineering Arash. Talking with everyone on the team and having the opportunity to meet them was a pleasure. Every person I talked with throughout the process was extremely friendly and welcoming making the interview process a breeze. I never felt stressed, overwhelmed, or out of touch with what next steps were. Other tech companies should strive to reach the level of interviewing Trainual has accomplished.
