I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TradingView (Málaga) in Feb 2025
Interview
On the second interview, it turned out that this position is in another country. This is very significant for an in-office position. So 4 people minimum spent 2 hours of their time for nothing.

Interview
The first interview with HR was short, clear, and very professional. I had a good impression at that point.
But the second interview — with what seemed to be PMO leadership or senior managers — was extremely disappointing. They asked standard project management questions and questions about my resume, but almost every answer I gave was met with criticism, sarcasm, or even eye-rolling.
Some of the questions didn’t have “one correct answer” — they were situational. But if your answer didn’t match their personal opinion, they reacted with visible disapproval or made it feel like you were wrong by default. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.
From what I saw, they have a confusing mix of roles. It’s not clear who does what — product, project, delivery, team lead — all blurred. They seem to expect one person (the PM) to be responsible for everything, including product value and outcomes, without clear structure or ownership.
I’ve been managing projects for years, and I can honestly say this was the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. The way they treated me during the interview gave me a very clear view of the company culture: dismissive, arrogant, and not open to different points of view.
I didn’t even wait for feedback or follow up afterward — I knew immediately this was not a place I would ever want to work, no matter the salary. I’m just glad I realized it during the interview, and not later, after accepting an offer.

Interview
Terrible experience!
Honestly, the worst interview I've ever had — I couldn't have imagined something like this.
— The conversation was completely one-sided.
— The interviewer was slouched in their chair the entire time.
— The tone was passive-aggressive throughout.
— Every single one of my answers was criticized.
— My resume was criticized as well.
— They kept jumping from one question to another without giving me a chance to respond properly.
— Some questions had nothing to do with the job description — which wouldn't be a problem if not for the completely inappropriate attitude.
At some point, I genuinely wondered if they were actually hiring for a role or just practicing how to put people down.
Just a heads-up if you’re about to interview with them.
