Called me up. Wouldn't even discuss the position in full detail before hiring me.They had absolutely no industry experience, relevant knowledge for the advertising industry. Most likely hired me as I could be paid a junior wage (or as they later chose NONE), however they still expected the knowledge of an industry professional with years of experience. In most cases people weren't even interviewed properly prior to hiring (More of a single question over the phone). I would not recommend this employer to anyone.
