Informal. However, they were very vague about actual office environment. This is a call center job. You are at a desk for 8 hours tied to a computer. Also very vague about commission incentives.

Pretty simple interview. manager called to set up a time after application was approved by HR. Interviewed with manager of dept didn't ask any weird questions. Waited for a call back from manager. Called in a couple business days
