Basic background questions. More conversation style interview and laid back than a formal interview would entail. Talks a lot of the company and some of what job entails. Fairly straightforward and upfront with job expectations and difficulties.

Very briefly met with both owners both very intelligent and personable. Just be your self and let them know about your work ethic if you work well with others. Much better for someone who can speak Spanish fluently but not required.

Very standard. No out of the ordinary questions but they focus mainly on your personal chemistry and little on your overall experience. They do not like if you are over qualified for the available position.
