There were 3 rounds of interviews in total; one initial introductory interview over Skype, following which an assignment was given to me to assess my abilities. After I passed that assignment, we went on to the 2nd round of interview in the office where I met with my interviewers in person. We got to know each other a little bit better, and they were happy enough with me to move on to the final round of interviews with a member of the Exec team, in addition to a culture interview by some of the rank-and-file staff.
