I felt like the interview process was slightly Rushed, associate seemed unprepared therefore it felt a bit unprofessional. Interview had very little to do with the job position and much more about how they expect you to look / present yourself: attractive and to catch attention to bring in sales.

i submitted my resume and couple weeks followed, i received call from the company to schedule interview in person. the interview process took 20min give or take. it was very brief, asked what my experiences in customer service as well as salon work experiences. what my duties were as manager at other work places.
