The interview process was lackluster. I spent 10 minutes, listening to the manager, sell me on the company and not until the end of the interview was I asked any form of questions about my previous experience. Question came from another supervisor who had sat in on the interview, they offered me a job on the spot at $14 an hour. I have 10 years of experience as a store manager and assistant.
