I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Tractor Supply (Dallas, GA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Three part interview - Phone, Store, then District Manager. A recruiter from HQ in Brentwood, TN called me to conduct a fifteen minute phone interview. She then referred me to the store manager closest to me that was looking for a Manager in Training (assistant manager) position to fill. In the interim, I was sent an online assessment (personality and management styles). After the interview with the Store Manager, I was scheduled to meet with the District manager. Following the interview with the District Manager I was offered a starting salary.

Interview
I was interviewed by other store managers first. The next interviews were with district managers. The final interview was with a regional vice president. Overall I believed the process to be fair.
