We got along really well and the team and position seemed like a great fit! However, when they requested that I complete a 20-30 hr code challenge in a weekend, I said that it was a huge ask for somebody and questioned it's purpose, however I could try and fit it in my busy schedule. Less than 1hr later I received an email saying that I would not be moving forward in the interview process.
