Terrible. Supposed to have a 4th round interview, didn't show up and then cancelled my next one a day after because they hired someone else "further ahead in the process".
Very intensive for a role that will be grueling and is just not that desirable. Long hours, high turnover/lay off rate (as seen in past), and tough quotas it seems.
Went through first vibe check interview. Was quite simple they asked the basic questions you’ll find prepping with AI. They definitely like to hear motivated individuals who did their research on the company
