Just a face to face interview, they mainly ask you question what personalities does a retail associate need to have and also you self introduction and then introduce you what do their store does
The interview was not too long and they made it fun and easy to open up and answer questions. They managers were nice and I got to meet some associates

Mass Interview during Christmas season, relatively direct not much questions. Basic for students and freelancers. Able to rank which outlets you wish to work for but usually put the one closest to your house
