I applied online via the toys r us website. I received a call a couple of weeks later asking me to come in the next morning. Upon arrival, there were about ten people waiting to be interviewed.. Before the interview process began, we had to watch two videos explaining store policies and what the job consists of. After that we were each called one by one to have the interview.

Easy one on one with a manager in the store to talk about capacity and responsibility. Along with this, it was questions of motivation for warking at the company and what hours I could work.

I applied on Indeed. They called and scheduled me an interview, then emailed me to reschedule it which was fine. I came in well dressed. The interviewee before me came in jeans and a t-shirt and was offered a job, so I over dressed apparently. She didn’t seem very interested in my answers, it came off almost as she was going to hire me no matter what I said. Maybe they were really short on overnight stickers.

Group interview. Introduce yourself, pick a toy off sales floor and sell it to interviewer, get in a team and use building toys to build something together, then 1 on 1 interview.
