Company does not hire directly. You must go through one of the staffing companies and complete their probationary periods in order to be hired on as an employee of the company.

Applied. Phone call for interview 3 days later. Interviewed the next day. Was Offered the job day of interview. Started 2 weeks later. Done drug test & pay negotiations day after the interview. Was fair in pay negotiations. Gave me what I asked for, seemed to be a fair interview. Hiring process went smoothly
