Applied online... got an interview call and moved to interview round. Was told that the interview would be a quick background check and that there would 2 more interviews after that on later dates where they would ask behavioral questions. I called the recruiter to confirm if this would be a simple interview about my background and she said yes. Later, I received an invite to the interview with 2 people that would be there. On the day of the interview... the format was completely different than what I was told and the people listed on the invite were also different. Pretty sure that they had someone in mind that they wanted to get the job because i've never seen such a mess in an interview. Especially with such a big firm.
