Initial staffing pre screening was fast and friendly. Received an invite to schedule a phone interview with the recruiter by the next day. Pre screening questions were pretty much going over the information on the resume. I then received an email asking for my schedule to set up an interview with the hiring managers. This interview was extremely boring and scripted to say the least, the interviewers were not engaged at all and put in 0 effort to build rapport. I lost interest in the position after the second interview.
