Long-intensive Interview process carried out over 3 hours. One Interview and then thrusted into either job offer or rejection. Limited feedback given to myself on why I did not fit the MT Program. Very competitive process.

Met with them at my University career fair. Interviewed the Next day for about thirty minutes. After that they flew me out to Torrance stayed at the double tree hotel. Interviewed for about 2 days. First day two twenty minute interviews, mixer, panel and q and a. If chosen you come interview the next day with regional managers. I interviewed with three at one time.

Hiring process consisted of one phone interview and in person interview. The in-person interview is held at Toyota HQ and is a two 45 minute interview session. Questions on the interview consisted of star formatted questions and typical interview questions to understand the background of the candidate.
