They seemed friendly and a great team focused on working as a unit to complete their monthly projects. I enjoyed the dynamic and their management structure. The questions were open ended and required critical thought to answer. There were no real generic questions. I think that's really the best approach to finding the right candidate. I responded to their questions with experiences I had in my professional career. The interview lasted possibly 2 hours. There was good back and forth. I was suppose to get a response back a few days later, but I never heard a thing. A month / two later, after I had accepted a better offer from another company, I got a call back.

Just got an email from staffing company. It said the recruiter wanted to discuss a position she was working on for Toyota with me. After reviewing my resume, she thinked this would be a great fit for me. If I would like to learn more about this position, please give her a call. Then I gave her a call to arrange an phone interview. During the phone interview, we just went through my resume and she asked did I have experience in SAP or other software package. I said no. And then She said I was not fit for this position.
