Recruitment of GMA candidates from select MBA programs. First step is resume drop. Then recruiter comes to campus for in-person screening interviews. If selected, then go to TMS HQ for full day of interviews. I had a total of 4 1:1 interviews ranging from 30mins - 1 hr each. Then lunch meetings. Lastly, an afternoon panel interview with 4-6 employees. Mostly behavioral and 'tell me a time when..." questions.
Interview process much less rigorous if selected for GMA internship as about half are offered full-time positions after summer.
