The phone interview was pretty standard. They just tell you a bit about the company and then you explain the relating points in your experience. The in-person interview was also pretty standard. There is a one hour interview with 2-3 people in upper management and then a 30 minute interview with 5 other types of employees. Basically, just make sure that you have a good handle on how to explain why your experience fits with data, math, and tedious jobs.
One complaint I have is that the interview process took 6+ weeks. I didn't find out that I was rejected until 3 weeks after my in person interview. Very unprofessional.
