We go have coffee and you tell me what you feel are pain points you’ve noticed you want to see changed. Things that are actionable in a significant way so we cut to the meat of the issue. Then it’s a casual conversation about your likes and hobbies and what you enjoy about your day. All help keep morale high overall.
