The first group interview provided an opportunity to collaborate with diverse candidates, showcasing our teamwork skills. The second final interview was more in-depth, focusing on individual strengths and cultural fit within the company.

1 round: written tests (both chinese and english), 2 round: group interview (role plays and teamworking games), 3 round: panel interview (time-limited presentation and more details about yourself)

Final Panel Interview consisted of an English presentation, 1-minute self-introduction, and Q&A session with several managers. The process is very smooth and formal, and I found preparation beforehand is really necessary.
