The interview process consisted of going over background skills, programming questions, and random out of the box thinking questions. Their overall web app seemed to have a lot of features that could have been organized better.

What conflict arose among your team and how was it dealt?
A simple phone interview and tech screen. Phone interview is some easy technical questions and in person is some basic programming questions. Just brush up on .NET and SQL topics.

Quick interview that involved a technical exam. They review their system and current projects to gage your interest. The particular position was for C# and asp.net, but SQL is always good to know.
