Interviewed with two service managers/dispatchers. Introduced themselves and their backgrounds as well as time with the company. Asked what my future goals were. They would continue to ask scenarios on different pieces of equipment with problems and how i would troubleshoot and diagnose the problem

Interview
Talked a lot about "fit" related questions, less concerned with what you have to offer in terms of experience. Towlift hires for attitude, they want people to be upbeat and engaged - they believe it translates into good customer service - it does. They also hire you for the long run - people don't leave.
