Interview process was tough. It includes group discussion, written test and individual interviews. A whole process wasn’t accessible for applicants with disabilities. For example, in a group discussion did not consider the individual’s needs. In a real situation in this job role, you would need to consider clients’ needs in a discussion.

Not too bad; competitive, but friendly and welcoming interviewers. Sense that it was a welcoming working environment and lots of development opportunities. Be prepared for awkwardness of group activity - embrace as if it was a real life thing rather than interview.
