good and easy not very hard. recommended, do not worry about it. Just prepare yourself well. They are nice and friendly. This company is very good and they have a great team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Touchpoint Agency (Manchester, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
The interview process was really bizarre and vague. Consisted of a screening call with HR, a 'webinar', an interview with a current marketing lead, and then a supposed final interview with senior leadership. The final interview was rescheduled twice and as soon as I jumped on the call, it was with the HR lady lol, with no prior notification of it going that way. There were barely any real interview questions asked throughout the entire application process and I was immediately offered the job after the final call (which was in itself very informal) with no proper contract or details. Upon seeing Glassdoor and Reddit, I knew that this company was extremely shady and to stay away.

Question 1
How will your experiences from university help you in this marketing role?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Touchpoint Agency
Interview
I applied for the role of Junior Account Manager, the first stage was a "webinar" where one of the Senior Partner sells you the three top partnerships they have, and hovers up about the role. Never mentions the role title as per de job description. After that, you have to record yourself highlighting your strengths, weaknesses and reasons why you want to join.
The second interview is as a group. They don´t mention it on the interview invite. You're separated in breakout rooms, where you get to introduce yourself, you're asked a few questions from the "webinar" just to check you paid attention, and after that they reveal, very shadily, that you will not be actually a Junior Account Manager, but a Sales Executive being paid £300 per week, with the excuse that you'll make up the rest with the "outstanding" sales you'll do, and that you'll quickly move up to Trainee Partner (£400 per week) and eventually Junior Partner (£700 per week).
Basically, if you go for this job, you'll be under minimum wage. These jobs should be illegal. Avoid.
