Quick response time, Questions as expected with a clinical position. Interviewer was punctual, respectful, and friendly. I felt comfortable being myself and answering questions honestly. I received a job offer within the same week.

Interviewed with the clinical nutrition manager, a senior dietitian, and a newer dietitian. The interview was conversational, and we discussed experiences in clinical dietetics. ICU experience is highly valued along with a CNSC certification.

Interview was available in-person or via telephone. Questions were formulaic, interviewer was reading off of a sheet. Asked both knowledge-based questions regarding nutrition and also typical interview questions, such as why you were interested in the job. Only one interviewer, but was introduced to other staff after the interview was over
