Tots To Travel interview questions

Applied for a different position but interviewed for another less suited for. Standard interview questions became more intrusive as I answered regarding past employment as "negative work environment." The leading questions were not in context for my suitability and I thought more 'gossipy' than relevant. I thought the interview was overly tedious for this reason.
