Recruitment is a long process, but everyone was incredibly nice along the entire interviewing journey. There are two HR interviews, one personality test, and the final interview with the manager.
Easy. Tell me about yourself, standard questions. Just look at the job description, be aware about the company and you should be good to go. It isn't very technical or hard. Interviewers are very open and transparent, also very approachable.

te anotas por la canasta de empleo de la faculta, enviar tus datos, cv, esperas que te llamen , luego tenes una entrevista virtual , que te hacen varias pregunta, por ejemplo de donde sos, que estudias, cuanto te falta
They mentioned that even if I didn't get hired it is not because I'm female which is irony because why would someone mentions this during the interview. but I didn't get the job at last.
