There were three interviews, first occurred via phone, then face time. After you go through those you might be extended an invitation to an in person interview. You then wait for a call back for the results of your interview.

The owner sat at his desk doing his own thing and only asking an occasional question while the office manager asked a few regular interview questions. The company's owner had his assistant in there and she barely said anything. They went over job duties and hours that would be required but were not accurately true.
