It was really easy for the interview questions, did have to take a test so just be prepared for that. Also it was very weird with their non competes, told them I had a family friend in logistics and they weren’t really messing with that at all.

The actual interviews were all in depth and insightful. The shadow experience was very beneficial and unique to any other interview process I have experienced. Additionally, the testing process was also clear and applicable.
