The process started with a phone interview that went into great detail of the job and the expectations of the positions. After the phone interview, I was required to complete an online assessment that provided examples of calls that would be made and what to expect in the position.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
