I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Austin, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
I actually received 5 emails on Indeed from a recruiter regarding this job, so I finally decided to email her back and inquire since I am in the job hunt. The interviewer called me for an initial chat and then scheduled a phone interview later that week. The questions were centered around sales, which I do have retail experience and dealing with many projects. She told me after our phone discussion I would see an email by that following mid-week regarding whether or not I would be coming in for an in-person chat. I later got the email, noting I was not chosen. I just don't want to be contacted multiple times regarding a posting and then later told I am not being moved forward. I do, however appreciate the woman telling me the work hours initially from 6:45am-4:15 for 6 month of training, then 7am-4pm after...with two Saturdays a month for a half day shift (during training) and then 1 Saturday after.
