Spoke with a recruiter during a brief phone interview. Was invited to come to the office to interview in person with the recruiter, met with two other experienced account executives, and took a test on states, time zones, and company knowledge. Was invited to the final interview on video chat with hiring manager at desired office location. The final Interview was more interrogating in my opinion, but went well besides that.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
