Total Mold Solutions interview questions

Well... it was all kinda back door like. I must say that i have never experienced such a thing. Basically, if you do not know somebody within the company, lets just say that your chances of employment here are less than slim to none. Right from jump though after the initial plesentries things went well. The man who used to own it... runs it now. But is no longer the owner. Is a very nice man. There werent any questions about myself, or my previous experience, or even any inquiries into why it is that i felt i should be hired... i found that to be strange. Basically if someone who works there puts in a word for you. Thats it... thats all it takes to get in there.
