I applied online. I interviewed at Total Fitness (UK)
Interview
I was invited for a group interview. There were 10 of us up for 1 job. The first task was to consider some questions on a sheet of paper (what is your employment history? What is the hardest thing you've ever done? What kind of people annoy you and why? Who is someone who does something that is important to you better than you? What 3 words would your friends and family use to describe you and why? What were you like as a teenager?) We were given 10 minutes to write down our answers and then had to present to the group.
For the second task we were split into groups and asked to come up with a plan for a new fitness class, giving 3 features and 3 benefits for both the employer and the members.
It was very long; around 2.5 hours. I understand the next stage would be a 1-1 interview. This seems very intense considering the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Total Fitness (UK) (Walkden, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was a group interview they asked many different questions and then made us do a group task of nominating who we wants to send to the moon and gave is different people who we had to debate on who we wanted to send
