Interview
As part of the annual Toshiba Global Recruitement which hire fresh graduates to work in Japan, I was interviewed by two Toshiba HR officers. One of them was a Japanese national, and the second was a Malaysian, given that my interview was held in my university in Malaysia. Before I entered the interview room, I was asked to fill up a 5 pages form with reflexion questions and IQ-style quiz. After completing that, I walked into the interview room, and it lasted for about 30 mins.

Interview
It is about a 4 step interview process where the first 2 will be application engineers, then from there it will be associate managers and final interview is the product manager.
Hiring Manager was approable and the interviewers were kind. They were asking personal questions and my thoughts about moving to Japan from overseas. Overall, it was an interview that was not very technical. This is for the global recruit role.
There are 2 members from HR team having an online interview with me asking me about the study and the research and publication experience. But unfortunately I can't remember the rest.
