      Assistant Wardrobe Manager Interview

      18 May 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tory Burch (New York, NY)

      Interview

Starting off, the interview process was pretty straightforward. I was recruited by an agency via LinkedIn. They described the role, the company, and the compensation package upfront. Once I was pre-screened, I went on to the next interview, asking about the role and work culture. I believe the interview went very well however, I did not receive any feedback from the agency or the company. Months went by and I never heard anything, even after sending follow up emails. The recruiting agency then reached out 6 months later about another role, with a different company, and when I mentioned I had worked with them before, they didn't remember me. I'm assuming the recruiter no longer works with the company but it was a very unprofessional way to end an interview process.
