      I interviewed at Tory Burch

      Interview

the interview process was extremely long...over two and a half months in total. The process consisted of two face to face interviews and two telephone interviews and one Skype interview. Was led to believe at every junction, that I was the candidate they were looking for. Was flown to corporate offices and interview over five hours by six different people and then heard nothing. I was the one who made contact with the recriuter, only to find out that I had not been chosen. The advice I would pass on would be that the process could have been shorten and the communication could have been clearer. Hopefully, going forward that these companies realize that gone are the days that you lead your potentials candidates on to prospects that are not there. Be honest and straightforward.
