Applied for an summer internship position at the firm. First interview was with two candidates, and pretty casual. Technicals could be asked, but they didn't for me. I was invited to their superday at headquarters which started with a dinner the night before and a breakfast in the morning with the CEO. Three round interviews with breaks in between, an analyst shadow and an office tour. Fairly standard questions, nothing technical. Said I should hear back in 1-2 weeks, but never got a response back after that.

Lots of loaded questions about finance rather than work ethic. I had to reach out multiple times to see if I was able to proceed to the next step. If I hadn’t done this, I would’ve never heard back.
