I withdrew from the interview process largely because of how negative the interview was. The interviewer spent a long time talking poorly about previous staff members, and also blaming current staff for many of their problems. When I tried to ask about how management worked together to create a cohesive environment and set business goals, the interviewer avoided the question three times and instead switched the conversation to talking about Glassdoor reviews and staff issues. I generally appreciate honesty but this crossed the line. Those who talk poorly to you about others will just as soon go to others and talk poorly about you.
