The interview process was quite easy for me and I believe that before they were really looking for someone for that position. I had my interview over the phone with the DM and she was really nice.

The interview process for me was HORRIBLE. the first interview was good, but disappointing when I applied for a full time position and they told me they only had a part time position. Then they wanted me to meet the other store manager which I was fine with...except for the fact that they rescheduled me three times. Then when I finally did meet the store manager she told me that the position was available, but only at another location and she could schedule me to do interviews over there. The only position she could offer me at her location was as sales associate. Would've been nice if they had told me this in the very beginning so I didn't have to go through all of the confusion for nothing. It's a great store, but I wouldn't want to work for anyone who would put potential employees through so much trouble.

Why did you choose to work for Torrid? Other basic interview questions.
I met with the store manager and a week later I met with the District manager. 2 weeks later I was offered the position. They both were passionate about the brand and where it was going. Customer service was what the interview with the District manager was all about. The store manager wanted to know more about how I handle tough situations with both customers and employees.
