3 stage interview. - Quick informal phone chat - More detailed phone chat - Face to face It took until the face to face meeting to discuss amount of freelance work was needed. Once finding out it was below market rates, and for 1, maybe 2 days per month - It was very disapointing, and a waste of everybodies time involved. 3 weeks+ have passed and no feedback or further contact has been made. Very disapointed with the whole process, and the lack of any follow up. Employers need to be open about financials up front. I would not recommend this company to interview with.
