Toronto Kidz Services interview questions

After being contacted, it starts with one group interview over zoom and if you get invited, another interview but it is individual. Both are on zoom. During the group interview, there are around 20 people and the company expresses some key details and then it breaks into Zoom breakrooms of people of about 4 people and the interviewer goes around asking everyone the same questions. The indiviudal interview is more personal and in detail.

Initial interview is a Zoom group interview with the owner and assistant then in breakout rooms with them, second interview is solo on zoom. Both were around 45 minutes - 1 hour
