Screen call, then panel interview (90 minutes, 3 separate technical assessment areas) with Engineering Manager and a few engineers, then an interview with the COO.
I enjoyed the people I talked to, the interview process was easy-going, efficient, and I liked the types of questions they were asking. Sometimes it's only about brain teaser LeetCode-style questions, which doesn't really assess one's holistic skill set as a software engineer; this wasn't the case with Torch.
It's a really cool platform, their engineers are talented and easy to get along with. It was really hard to make a decision, and ultimately I went with another company, but that's not a reflection on Torch at all; I would have surely been happy there.

Question 1
Data modelling question asking to define a schema for a theoretical system. Additional questions probing how one would use this theoretical db.
