Interview
I went to the last stage and committed home assignment. I delivered everything in full working order. While presenting, everything was complete. He asked me why I didn't do XXX that had nothing to do with the request, and I showed the mail to him and said that such a thing was not wanted. then 1 hour later I got a mail saying that my skills are not enough :) Please do not waste your time with this company.

Round 1: Basic communication test, explain experience and few basic question.
Round 2: MCQ test, on Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer and 2 MySQL question and 2 coding test
Round 3: A scenario was given to provide a solution, using process and flows.
Round 4: A sample project was given to complete within 2 weeks.
